By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Ubika services on behalf of an organization, your organization’s separate agreement with Ubika may also apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed customer agreement, the customer agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.
1. Ubika services
Ubika develops technology that supports healthcare workflows, including MAiA, an AI-enabled clinical call and documentation application.
Certain services may support call intake, transcription, case review, physician callbacks, draft clinical documentation, billing preparation, or other workflow functions.
Features may vary by customer, configuration, environment, and deployment.
2. Not medical advice
Ubika provides technology and workflow tools. Ubika does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
Information or content produced by Ubika systems, including AI-generated summaries, notes, suggestions, or billing information, may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be appropriately reviewed by an authorized healthcare professional before reliance or use.
Nothing on our website or within our services is intended to replace professional clinical judgment.
3. Not for emergencies
Ubika’s website and services are not intended to replace emergency services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or seek appropriate immediate medical care.

Users must only access or use healthcare information for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, professional obligations, organizational policies, and customer agreements.
7. Artificial intelligence
Certain Ubika services use artificial intelligence to assist with workflows such as transcription, summarization, documentation, and billing preparation.
AI-generated information is provided as assistive output and is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or appropriate in every circumstance.
Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, approving, and appropriately using AI-generated content.

Ubika may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue website features or services from time to time.
We may also perform maintenance, security updates, or other changes necessary to operate and protect the services.
